I allways carry a random act of  kindness,not expecting a reward from anyone,safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for me; this is to say that being kind does not cost an individual anything, we just have to show our humanity in any way and kindness is one of those ways, if you want to see change, take a step forward and say OK, THIS IS WHAT I WANT, THEN THIS IS WHAT I WILL DO IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE IT, and sooner people around you will see what you are about, and will take you seriously.
